Pouya is ZIA Law Firm's Founding Attorney. He has valuable experience building companies from the ground up and advising his clients from conception to exit or dissolution. His entrepreneurial and technical backgrounds complement his experience by giving him deep understanding of business and technology issues. His interdisciplinary background and pervasive commitment to quality allow him to formulate effective, practical, and creative solutions that permit his clients to best achieve their objectives. He is comfortable working with companies experiencing rapid growth, because he has served as general counsel for numerous start-up companies.
